I've used the Wellness Formula for years, and it's exceptional—effectively combating germs. If you're feeling unwell, follow directions and rest. The smell is quite strong, and the pills are large, but you will start to appreciate its effects. Additionally, it serves well as a preventative during winter, reducing symptoms from common colds and flu. Highly recommend it!

Shorter illness duration

I began taking this after suffering from another sinus infection. Having just had pneumonia and being prone to recurrent infections, I was desperate for alternatives to antibiotics. After five days of use, my condition improved significantly, with much less congestion and better energy levels. It seems to have halted the illness at my sinuses rather than progressing further. I wish I had started it sooner and plan to incorporate it into my daily regimen.

I have used Wellness for about five years for sinus infections and colds. It has always worked well for me, particularly during acute illness. While I used to take six capsules every three hours, I've found that eight capsules suffice, and I don’t need to take them as frequently. They genuinely assist with sinus infections when prescribed medications fail. I feel I breathe better when using them, although I prefer the capsules over the tablets due to digestive issues.
